These service terms took effect on September 29, 2026. They apply to your visit to sentineltrans.us.com, to a message sent through the inquiry form, and to a conversation started through the support chat. The privacy and cookie pages explain the handling of information and advertising storage. They sit beside these terms, not behind them.

Service scope

This site presents bulk liquid freight transport, heavy freight transport, and interstate freight dispatch for shippers and fleet contacts in the United States. The information is a starting point for discussing a load, its handling conditions, pickup and delivery points, and a route. It is not a parcel shop, a moving marketplace, a freight software product, or a checkout. The site does not sell a load, take payment, accept card data, or create an account.

Our route work is specific. A liquid load needs a material description, volume, equipment notes, loading method, and transfer conditions. Heavy equipment freight transport needs dimensions, weight, securing points, access, and conditions at both ends. Recurring route logistics needs the sequence, timing, exception notes, and communication plan. A vague request may need clarification before it can be reviewed.

Inquiry only

Nothing on this site is an offer for sale. A non-binding freight quote is a discussion figure for review, not a promise to carry a load at a stated amount. A displayed figure, if any appears in a conversation, is an estimate based on the information then available. It is not a binding quote, invoice, booking, order, or payment demand.

An inquiry becomes an order only when the scope, route, handling requirements, timing, and commercial terms are separately confirmed by the parties in writing. Sending a form, calling, or opening a chat does not reserve equipment or create a transport contract. We will not treat an unchecked consent box, an incomplete address, or an unverified route note as authorization to move freight.

Fees and quote basis

No binding price is presented on this site, and no currency is charged here. Where a non-binding freight quote is reviewed, its basis is stated in United States dollars and depends on the job rather than a generic rate card. Bulk liquid freight transport is assessed against load material and volume, origin and destination, equipment requirements, timing, and recurring-run frequency.

Heavy freight transport is assessed against weight and dimensions, securing and handling needs, equipment, route constraints, pickup and delivery points, and schedule. Interstate freight dispatch is assessed against route complexity, recurring frequency, dispatch scope, timing, and the coordination required for changes and exceptions. A change in the load, access, route, timing, equipment, or repeat-run pattern can change the estimate. Tax, access charges, permits, or other third-party costs are not silently assumed inside an inquiry.

Acceptable use

You may read this site and send truthful route information for a genuine freight discussion. Do not use it to submit malicious code, probe or disrupt the site, impersonate another person, harvest contact details, interfere with another visitor’s inquiry, or send repeated messages intended to obstruct the route desk. Do not upload information you have no right to share. Do not use the form or chat to request unlawful transport or to conceal the material, weight, dimensions, destination, or handling conditions of a load.

We may decline a request that is incomplete, deceptive, unsafe to assess from the supplied information, or outside the service scope described here. A refusal to review an inquiry is not a finding about the visitor or the freight. It is a practical boundary around the information available.

Site material

Sentineltrans owns or has permission to use the text, photographs, logos, marks, layout, and other material on this site. You may view the pages for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, alter, scrape, frame, or use the material as another company’s advertising or service catalogue without written permission. A freight inquiry does not transfer any copyright, trademark, or other right in the site.

The load details you submit remain yours, subject to the handling described in the privacy policy. That distinction matters. Sending a route specification gives us information to review the inquiry; it does not give us ownership of your underlying business records.

Disclaimers

The site and its written information are provided as is and as available for an initial freight conversation. No warranty is made that a page will always be available, that a route can be accepted, that equipment will be available, that a delay will not occur, or that an estimate will match later confirmed terms. We do not promise fastest service, safest service, nationwide service, a capacity figure, a delivery time, a licence, a certification, an insurance amount, or a performance result. None has been supplied as a fact for this site.

Transport conditions change. Weather, road controls, site access, loading conditions, paperwork, equipment, third-party acts, and information omitted from an inquiry can affect a run. A discussion about heavy equipment freight transport is not a warranty about the condition of a load or the suitability of a site. The visitor must provide accurate information and must obtain any approval or instruction they require for their own cargo.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentineltrans is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit loss arising from use of this site, an interrupted inquiry, a reliance on an unconfirmed estimate, or information omitted from a freight request. This exclusion does not remove liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for deliberate misconduct where the law protects that claim.

For a site visit before a separate written transport agreement exists, the maximum aggregate liability for a claim connected with the site or an inquiry is limited to the amount the law requires. No payment is taken on this site, so no site purchase price creates a larger contractual cap. A separately confirmed transport agreement may set different terms for that transport service. It must be read on its own terms.

Withdrawal of access

We may restrict, suspend, or withdraw access to the site, form, or chat without advance notice where necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, respond to a security problem, comply with law, or stop a request that falls outside the stated scope. We may also stop considering an inquiry when the information is materially incomplete or cannot be verified. Ending access does not erase a record that the privacy policy says we retain for a stated period.

Governing law

These terms run under the law of DE, United States, without applying a choice-of-law rule that would require another jurisdiction’s law. Disputes about these terms or use of this site are heard in the courts of WILMINGTON, subject to any mandatory right a law gives a visitor to bring a matter elsewhere. A state Attorney General complaint remains available where the law provides that route.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the site, inquiry process, service scope, or legal requirements change. The current version is posted on this page with its effective date. A material change is identified by a new effective date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the site after that date means the updated terms govern future visits and inquiries. An already confirmed written transport agreement is not rewritten by a later web-page edit.
